The Egg’s Nest was established in 1973 and is a family-owned community hub in High Falls, NY, with a full bar, outdoor patio, eclectic decor and diverse menu that highlights local farms/purveyors. A must-see destination for locals and travelers alike.
The Egg’s Nest building dates back to the 1800’s with its spiritual beginnings as a Parsonage for the Reformed Dutch Church of Clove (now The High Falls Community Church). It transformed into a private residence and then a small country pub know as Ed and Fran’s. Richard G. Murphy purchased the building in ’73 and established The Egg’s Nest. It was purchased in the Fall of 2016 by Cristina and Eric Silver.
